$155 for the initial intake appointment, which includes the initial phone consultation and reviewing information provided by the client, and a credit card processing fee.
$103 per 50-minute session, which includes a credit card processing fee.

Appropriate documentation is provided to the client for direct reimbursement from their insurance company for services provided.
If you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, getting answers to these questions will help you to plan for how much reimbursement you may expect:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session for out of network services?

Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that 24 hours is required for cancellation. If you cancel your scheduled therapy appointment without at least 24 hours notice, for any reason other than an illness or emergency, you will be charged the full cost of the session, since I will not be able to offer the session to another client. You may schedule and reschedule appointments freely through my easy online system up to 24 hours in advance. Reminders via text, e-mail, or phone are available.
